Detox and Cleanse with Spring Vegetables
Lighter cooking and simpler flavors is a great way to get your body in shape for the warmer weather. In the winter our bodies tend towards stagnation, mimicking the plants and trees around us. Join us and learn to prepare some easy, yummy and healthy dishes that make us of a wide array of spring vegetables and shed that winter sluggishness (and those pounds!) No more drive through dinners! No more dinners from a box in the freezer! Join us to put a variety of quick, easy, nutritious meals on the table any night of the work week. Samples and recipes will be included. This is not a vegetarian class. Food samples and recipes included.
