Join us and learn to prepare some easy, yummy and healthy dishes that make us of a wide array of spring vegetables and shed that winter sluggishness (and those pounds!) No more drive through dinners! No more dinners from a box in the freezer! Join us to put a variety of quick, easy, nutritious meals on the table any night of the work week. Samples and recipes will be included. This is not a vegetarian class. Food samples and recipes included.
